Whenever I practice things, sometimes I like them so much that it is difficult to get rid of them. So, I took my basic square fabric sandwich with test stitches on it and made a basic rotary tool case. All I did was fold the square in half and sew up two sides. I turned it right side out and then I added a little Velcro to the top for closure. Now I have a transport bag for the rotary tool if I ever take it anywhere I can look at it and admire my test stitches now. I have some digital quilting practice pieces that I need to make into some items. I'm thinking potholders. For now, any completion makes me pretty happy.
