If you happen to be in Central PA over the holiday weekend, there is a Quilt Auction called the Relief Sale being held at the Pennsylvania Farm Show complex. It is an annual event. All sale day proceeds, (over $11 million to date), benefit the worldwide relief efforts of Mennonite Central Committee which include aid to the victims of poverty and other man-made and natural disasters. Here is a review of the quilts that will be auctioned off for inspiration.
